Why do delivery apps become so popular now?

 I think delivery apps become so popular because more and more people don't want to touch another people in the Covid-19 period and people can safely take the meal who are isolating. 

And delivery apps became very convenient , you can use delivery apps to order not only local food but also can choose wide range of food dishes and styles from around the world.
